About Amy Glen and the Forgotten Heroes

Originally hailing from Woodbridge, Virginia, Amy Glen is a phenomenally talented songwriter and performer.  At the age of 19, she decided to uproot and moved to Austin, Texas in order to immerse herself in its thriving music community.  Amy is still based out of the Lonestar capital, where she is honing her craft at the helm of her band, the Forgotten Heroes.  Shaped by influences such as John Mayer, Ingrid michaelson and Joshua Radin, Amy's music is continually evolving.  Co-writer, arranger and producer Luke Denton cites Aqualung, Chris Martin and Ben Folds as major influences.  Amy and the Heroes play folky, soul kissed pop music, which despite what their name suggests, is not easily forgotten.
